We'll send you a rental agreement via email. Sign it, send a 50% deposit via Interac e-Transfer, and your dates are locked in. The balance is due 150 days before arrival.
Pay the balance, review the house rules, pack your linens (we provide duvets and pillows), and get ready for Georgian Bay. We'll send you directions and access info before you arrive.
All prices in Canadian dollars. HST (13%) applies to all rates.

Cash payment can be arranged on request. Perfect if you're local or prefer to settle in person.

No refunds on cancellations. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind. Dates may be transferred to other guests with prior arrangement.
Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available — just ask.

13% Harmonized Sales Tax applies to all rates, as required by Ontario law. It's included in our quoted prices.
